Typographic Calendar This piece was a study of creating an all text based calendar that didn't need to be functional in the way traditional calendars are. The days and the name of the month are combined together to create a visually interesting flow of elements while also containing informative aspects. Holiday's are denoted by a difference in color. Also, the number of the month (e.g. 2 for February) is always highlighted. The calendar set was packaged with a slide down cover to contain the calendars, and a piece of plexi to prevent damage while viewing. |
