I enjoy turning complex challenges into intuitive, user-centered experiences and I also use modern AI-assisted workflows to speed up exploration and support better decisions.
As a design leader, I've built and managed product design teams, hired and developed designers, and established design and research processes within agile environments. I've led the launch of high-impact initiatives, including new respondent and registration experiences, accelerated product delivery through AI-assisted design workflows, and fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
