I'm a Product Designer and Director with 15+ years of experience designing software products that solve complex problems. Throughout my career, I've focused on building products that balance business goals, user needs, and technical realities. I believe that great product design comes from close collaboration, thoughtful research, rapid iteration, and a deep understanding of user needs. It is also a true team sport.

As a design leader, I've built and managed product design teams, hired and managed designers, established design processes, introduced user research practices, and partnered closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver impactful products in agile environments. I've led the launch of high-impact initiatives, including new respondent and registration experiences, accelerated product delivery through AI-assisted design workflows, and fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

I enjoy leading teams, but remain a hands-on practitioner who is deeply involved in the design process. From discovery and requirements gathering to user flows, prototyping, usability testing, stakeholder alignment, and engineering implementation, I enjoy turning complex challenges into intuitive, user-centered experiences. I also leverage modern AI-assisted workflows to accelerate exploration, improve efficiency, and support better product decisions.
